Shopping for little ones should always feel easy.

You can request a refund within 14 days of delivery. Refunds are sent via Instapay or Vodafone Cash after product inspection.

If your item has a manufacturing defect, Easy Toys covers delivery costs both ways.

For children's safety, opened personal-use products cannot be returned or exchanged.

For returns or exchanges without a product defect, the customer covers delivery costs.
